Featured song: Pretend Love by @NameisGlitter

Veteran singer songwriter out of Dallas, TX re-emerges with a new genre and a new single entitled, "Pretend Love".

In Glitter's new project with the help of Producers John Dufilho and Salim Nourallah of Pleasantry Lane Studio, she crafted the production and sound she had longed for.

Previously known as a Southern Rock artist, it was not a sound she saw herself doing. Glitter's musical taste are mostly based on modern Indie Rock and Indie Pop. With the addition of Jett Raines (The Snafu) on keys, David Crandall (Teen Wolves) on bass, and Mac Bain (Just Jaded & No Medina) on drums, it was easier to rebrand the music closer to how she heard it in her own head.

The latest single, "Pretend Love" is a lyrical driven track about superficial relationships based on unrealistic expectations and foolish adolescent head games. As they often do, these relationships tend to fall apart. The music video directed by Candice Payne (Duck Dynasty, Cheaters) starring Remy Reilly, Jett Raines, Amy Kathleen (Almost Jaded), and Neb Ermias plays out a scenario in where the antagonist played by Jett Raines finds another love interest at an arcade, when the protagonist played by Remy Reilly realizes they don't belong together and she returns his gift to her. It's a fun and well directed video that accurately compliments the lyrics.

Listen for this single now playing on 91.7 KXT, Deep Ellum Radio, KGUP FM Emerge Radio, and
